Payment FAQs
We have a very simple payment policy. We generally require 50% advance payment and balance 50% before dispatch of goods from our factory. However, for Orders above USD$ 10000, we can adjust for 40% advance payment and balance 60% before dispatch of goods from our factory.
We generally accept payment via bank wire transfer (T/T), RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, Cheque, UPI. However, if the client wants to pay using debit card or credit card then you can email us on our support mail id and we will provide you with the payment gateway link for payment.

For Orders Below USD$ 2000, we require 100% advance payment.
For Orders ranging from USD$ 2000 to USD$ 10000, we require 50% advance payment and balance 50% before dispatch of goods from our factory.
For Orders above USD$ 10000, we require 40% advance payment and balance 60% before dispatch of goods from our factory.
We do export worthy packing in corrugated and bubble sheets. In general, we do not charge for packing. However, if special kind of packaging is required in certain conditions or if the client asks for any specific kind of packing then that is charged separately and the charges depends on the kind of packaging material required.
Delivery FQAs
Yes, our showroom is located in Udaipur, Rajasthan. You can visit our showroom and see and feel the quality of the products. Not all but many products shown on the website are available in our showroom. You can visit us any day during our working hours and pick up the goods at your convenience.
Delivery Time varies with the kind of product you order.
Manufacturing Time – It takes approx. 30-45 days for making single products. For making multiple products, we may require approx. 3 months.
International Shipping by Sea – It takes around 20-45 days depending on the delivery location for the goods to reach the destination seaport.
International Shipping by Air – It takes around 10-20 days depending on the delivery location for the goods to reach the destination country.
For Delivery in India – It takes around 10 days depending on the delivery location for the goods to reach the destination.
Yes, in some cases specially bigger products like Carved Swings, Carved Temples, Marble Fountains, Marble Temples and other big products, the product will be delivered in dismantled condition. This is done to ensure safe delivery of the product. However, we provide all instructions to assemble the product, which can be easily assembled by anyone not having much techinical knowledge.

In general, you will get regular updates on your email ID about the product’s manufacturing process. However, if you still want any additional information then you can email us on our support email ID to get the status of your order.
No, Custom Duty is not included in the prices. This is because custom duty varies according to HSN Code and destination country. For each country and each HSN code there is a different Custom Duty. For calculating Custom Duty, you can use any of the custom duty calculators available online.
Yes, we do the Insurance of the goods, if the client asks for it. Insurance is charged separately. Insurance premium depends on the Invoice value including shipping and other charges. If you want to get the goods insured, please email us on our support email ID and ask for a quote for doing insurance of the shipment.
Yes, we get the fumigation done for all the export shipments through reputed companies. We also provide fumigation certificate for that.
Product related FAQs
For different kind of products, different quality of wood is used.
Generally for making antique finished or distressed finished products, we prefer using mango wood because of its rough texture, which gives better old look to a product.
For making high end furniture, we use Teak Wood only without fail. Teak Wood is the best quality in the world.
Yes, we use only seasoned wood for making our products.
Yes, you can ask for more pictures of the product. We will try to send you pictures of the product from different angles.
We generally do not provide the motor with the fountain because every country has different voltage requirements so it is better for the client to get a motor the local market.
For smaller products, there might be a minimum order quantity limitation. However, for big products or high value products, there is no such limitation.

No, there are no additional charges that are charged separately for making any customized product.
Yes, we have done many projects with many architects. You can ask your architect to contact us via email or phone and we will discuss the project with him and will follow all the instructions provided by him and will make the product accordingly.
Yes, you can explain us all your requirements and we make the same for you.
We will be in continuous touch with you. At every step, we will send you pictures and videos for your approval. Once you give your approval then only we will proceed to the next step. If you feel that there is some issue at any step then you can tell us we will make required changes. Until and unless you are satisfied, we will not proceed further. Only after approval, we will move to the next step. This continuous feedback process ensures that whatever client requires, he/she gets the same thing in the end.
