Packing and Shipping Process

All our products are packed using best quality of packing material. We make no compromises in terms of packing the product. We ensure that the product is packed in such a way that it can withstand small jerks and falls so that the customer gets the product without any kind of damage.

For packing different products, different techniques are used. We pack the products using corrugated sheets and thick bubble sheets. We use corners made of thick foam sheets to ensure that the corners of the product do not get scratched or damaged even if someone slides the package on the ground. Then the product is wrapped with double layer of corrugated sheet. This gives the product a thick layer of protection from the outer surface. Then we use double layer of heavy bubble sheet all around the product. This gives the package strength to handle all kind of jerks and jumps during transportation in the transporting vehicle. Bubble sheet also makes the package water resistant. This is very essential because the shipping time by sea is very long and there are lot of temperature changes when the ship goes through different countries to make its way to the final destination. Bubble sheet covers all the sides of the product so that there is least effect of weather on the product. As there is lot of moisture in the sea while transportation, bubble sheet also protects the product from moisture.

Then we place the packed product in strong wooden box. All the walls of the box are covered with thick foam sheets on the inner side of the box. Foam sheet gives soft cushion to the packed product. So that the product can withstand all kind of hard jerks. We add stands to the wooden boxes so that they can be easily lifted using fork lift and cranes for easy loading and unloading into the container.

These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for the shipping cost to the customer.

3. Returns

Pushpa Exports will not accept returns under any circumstances.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days

4.2 Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally by air are in transit for 7 – 20 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We can offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at the checkout. Orders shipped internationally by sea are in transit for 25 – 45 days depending upon the destination country.

4.3 Dispatch Time

If the item is in stock, the shipment is usually dispatched within 7 business days of payment of the order. For custom orders, manufacturing time would depend upon the quantity and kind of item ordered. The manufacturing time will be conveyed to the customer by a separate email.

Our warehouse operates on Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation and will update the customer regarding the same.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you opt for insurance of the shipment and if there is any damage in transit then you can file a claim for insurance in your country directly. You have to keep all the tags, invoices, shipping documents, packing material, packing boxes as it is. You will have to send pictures of all the damages to the insurance company. The insurance surveyor might come to your place for investigation. You have to coordinate with them. The insurance company will settle the claim directly to the customer.

For non-insured shipments, no such claim shall be entertained.

7. Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Pushpa Exports encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Pushpa Exports at the customer’s expense, and the customer will not receive any refund.

8. Cancellations

An order once placed cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Please clarify all your doubts before placing the order.

9. Insurance

If the customer opts for insurance of the parcel then they are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the insurance documents.
